Todd's Dreamfeed
One of our favorite times with both Hayley and Todd has been their dreamfeed. With Hayley, it was the only time that we got to just hold and snuggle her without her screaming at us to be put down. With our snuggler Todd, it's just some extra time to examine all the features of his cute little face and give him some additional love. Dreamfeeds have been a very successful undertaking in our house. Apparently both of our children have the ability to eat while sleeping. If Todd follows in Hayley's footsteps, he's going to be a good eater and my grocery bill is going to be atrocious.

Soooo cute! Wonder where those 2 got their big blue eyes? Hang in there-- Jack went through a phase where he considered naps to be "optional" (sadly I disagreed). Dealing with a disagreeable 2- year old while trying to find a magic wand or fairy dust that makes siblings go to sleep at the same time of day is an added challenge when mommy is sleep deprived (and losing hair). Sam- turning 4 in Oct.- is outgrowing naps- (I don't think that should be allowed without parental permission). We are holding strong to the idea that his body still needs a quiet time to rest. I don't know how long we can make that work! Anyway, hang in there, and remember- this too shall pass- and all too soon.
